About the Speaker
Mr. Kavlekar a B.Com. ICMA (Cost Accountant), CISA (Information System Auditor), CISSP (Information System Security Professional), RA (Information Risk Assessor), ISMS (ISO 27000) INFORMATION SYSTEMS SECURITY MANAGER. Authored books on Accounting and Auditing (1995). Founder as well as Past Chairman of Goa Chapter of Cost Accountant. Was in employment with Goa Shipyard Limited for 30 years till July 2014. Implemented BAAN ERP in GSL. Introduced Information Security in GSL. Associated with Pharma Industries as Cost Auditors for past 20 years. Conducted Cyber Security awareness seminars through Lions Club of Mapusa in almost all colleges in Goa as well as in the Club levels. Founded Genext System Security Private in 2006 dealing in consultation, designing and implanting electronic and bio-metric security systems.
